About Me

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. I’m passionate about helping people achieve better mental and emotional wellness by tackling the issues that leave them feeling stuck, triggered, or unable to function at their best.

I’ve completed advanced training in Gottman Couples Therapy, Gottman’s Bringing Baby Home program, Gottman’s Trauma training, and I’m also a trainer in Observed & Experiential Integration (OEI), a method for processing trauma.

As your therapist, I strive to be both sensitive and direct. My goal is to create a comfortable space where you feel safe to open up about what’s troubling you. I see each client as a unique individual, shaped by their family and culture. Whether it’s your ethnic background, family dynamics, gender identity, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs, I’m here to understand your unique perspective and help you set personal goals for therapy.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and friends. You might find me watching movies, reading novels, playing games, or enjoying time by the ocean or a lake. One of my favorite things is sitting on the patio on a warm summer night, sharing a delicious meal and laughter with loved ones.
